Driving License (Form 4)

Once you’ve gained sufficient practice with your Learner’s License, it’s time to apply for your permanent Driving License. This is where Form 4 comes into play.

Form 4 is the application form for a new driving license. It requires you to provide detailed personal information, including your name, address, date of birth, educational qualifications, and any identifying marks.

One crucial section of Form 4 is the vehicle category selection. Here, you’ll indicate the type of vehicle(s) you wish to obtain a license for, such as motorcycles, light motor vehicles, transport vehicles, or any combination thereof.

Renewal of Driving License (Form 9)
